Todd also has several credentials. He has the CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist – the only designation where the Realtor must have a background in selling multi-million dollar homes in order to qualify for the credential. He is a C.P.R.E.S – Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist where he has a special designation helping those going through probate. This designation has also helped him in divorce sales as many of the programs have been modified for those going through divorce.
