consulted me like a loving friend or parent! LOL! I mean it. He was there through the whole process and I really appreciated it all. Selling a home is not as trivial as it would seem… some incredibly important planning and decisions need to be addressed. Gary nailed it… he planned correctly, and advised me perfectly… he had great foresight to needs, patience, and had great great open communication to steer us to the right result.
