About Megan Shockle an Shockley Before she became an agent, Megan Shockley found herself with an unsellable house. After owning eight homes, she decided to move back to her favorite city, Richmond, Virginia, and had to put her dream home on the market in South Carolina. Unfortunately, she valued the home more highly than the market did, and learned a few lessons along the way about staging and advertising that she brings to her clients as a Realtor. After being a professor for over fifteen years and owning eleven homes, Megan decided to shift careers and share what she learned with her clients. She is a successful Realtor, helping people across the area to buy and sell homes during critical life transitions, from downsizing, to relocation, to first-timers and more. Megan is also active in the community. She is on the board of Safe Harbor Domestic Violence Shelter, sings in the choir of All Saints Episcopal Church, and volunteers for many causes in the community, including for the Clover Hill High School Math Science Parents Committee. She donates five percent of every commision check to various local community organizations. To see which ones, check out her website at http://www.shockleysellsrva.com.
