I'll be the first to admit that I'm not an easy person to sell mainly because I'm in sales, but Steve listened to me and after a few visits knew what I was looking for. Between the both of us we were able to stay on top of the market and eventually (took 3+ months) found something that was exactly what I was looking for. He didn't put a sales pitch on me and we worked together to find properties that were attainable.
