We had just had a very bad experience with our real estate agent prior to meeting Tim. We met him during an open house and my family knew right away, we had found our agent. He was kind, responsive, but matter of fact and highly knowledgeable. He made more progress on the sale of our home in 72 hours than the previous agent did in six months. He worked tirelessly to meet our needs. My kids loved him and never promised anything he couldn't provide.
