the morning of or the day before to confirm that everything is working and the house is in the same condition as when contracts were signed. At the closing table, if occupancy is provided immediately, you will receive keys. Otherwise, once the occupancy date has been reached, we will meet with the seller to receive the keys and the final walkthrough will be completed at that time.
