Preeti Rao Combines her Talent as a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker with her Passion for Helping People !!! Thanks to her unique dual talent as both a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker, Mississauga’s Preeti Rao shows her clients how they can afford to buy a home and then helps find the right home at the right price. “ Most of my clientele are people who don’t qualify under the bank guidelines or they have bad credit and are struggling with debt ,” explains Preeti, who works with Search Realty and Search Mortgage. “ My focus is to educate my clients, so they are ready in three to six months to buy a home .” In 2020, Preeti won the President’s Club Award for Real Estate and the Top Dual Agent Award for Mortgages and Real Estate. She won the readers choice award for best Real Estate and Mortgage Broker in 2021 and 2023, she has won the CEO award in 2022 and 2023 and cont. to earn the Top Duel Agent award every year. “ I am proud to have won these awards ,” says Preeti. “ I am also proud that my clients and associates refer me to others, as my business is mainly based on referrals .” Preeti has been a Mortgage Broker since 2003 and a Real Estate Broker since 2010. Born in India, Preeti studied in cities like Mumbai and Delhi and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Degree. Following graduation, she worked in Citibank Shelters as a Loans Officer and was promoted to Assistant Manager within six months. She immigrated to Canada in 2003 and her first job was as a Mortgage Administrator at a local brokerage firm.
