I am on The Capitol Ohio Sales Team because our team leaders come from contribution and listen to ideas and input from agents and implement systems to help make me successful. I get a lot of things that I would otherwise have to pay for and create on my own. Some of these include a designated marketing and media department, signs, business cards, admins to assist with paperwork and free dedicated office space with desks and supplies. There are opportunities for growth within the team such as becoming a coach, which I am, and also becoming a Team Leader. I also leverage the team because I can let my clients know that I am part of the #1 team in Ohio and that provides me with unprecedented credibility.
