program that set us up for long-term success. That program really was life-changing. It allowed us to get into a place we could call our own, while also setting us on track with our finances. And it didn’t stop there. We ended up buying not just one but two homes with Jeff. Our son — who was fresh out of the military at the time — also bought his very first home through Jeff. We rented our office space through him. Even a business partner of ours bought a home with Jeff ’s help. When we say Jeff has been involved in every major milestone of our housing journey here in Ohio, we’re not exaggerating. He has been there for us, our family, and our extended circle in ways that go far beyond the role of a Realtor. One of the biggest challenges we faced was during the height of COVID, when the housing market was incredibly competitive. Everyone was overbidding, and houses were flying off the market as soon as they were listed. We lost out on multiple homes, and it was discouraging at times. But Jeff never let us lose hope. He fought for us, stayed transparent about what was realistic, and always kept us moving forward. He never sugarcoated things or made promises he couldn’t keep. Instead, he laid out options, explained the pros and cons, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. That honesty and transparency built a deep trust that we still have today. What also stands out about Jeff is how much he gives outside of the real estate process itself. Dell is an electrician, and almost all of his side work over the past few years has come from Jeff ’s referrals. Jeff has promoted our business, included us in his marketing, and even threw us a housewarming party. He’s the kind of person who, if he can’t help you directly, will connect you to someone who can. Truly, he knows everybody, and he always uses that network to lift others up.
