with the time he set with us. He made sure he wore his mask and was very professional during our meeting. I remember having so many questions and never once did he seem aggravated we did not understand a few things. He went over all the comps in our area to show us where our houses valued. We were so very pleased with his professionalism and patients. Mike explained his commission telling us everything that was included. It was a great relief by the time he was done explaining everything. I felt so confident we were making the right decision signing with him and Keller Williams. It was wonderful not to have a realtor that only cared about signing a contract. He wanted to make sure he was right for us. And boy was he. Mike and his assistant were wonderful through each step of the process from signing to showing to closing the deal. There were many times we called him with questions always answering everything. We will always be greatful that Mike was the one that helped sell our home you wont be sorry!

I would rate our experience with Michael a 10 star if they had it. I have told all my relatives and friends if you need a realtor he is the person to use. He listened and found us our dream home. He also came through with what he told us when we first met him at an Open House. I told him I was concerned with having two mortgages when selling our home as other realtors have told me. He indicated it did not have to be that way and he had a good record of selling homes quickly. He helped us get our home ready after finding the home we really wanted. Then, in one day, sold. Amazing. His help and follow-through were great. What a pleasure working with him and his suggestions were spot on. Cannot say enough.
