About Greg Volland Greg was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest by two highly respected college professors. As a child, Greg had aspirations of being a professional baseball player. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Greg was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Greg worked his way from stocking retail shelves during college to doing tax accounting, and then into sales, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Greg got into real estate 18 years ago, after graduating from law school. His entrepreneurial spirit has seen him be an owner in a real estate brokerage, become a successful remodel contractor, and help countless clients buy and sell homes. From the beginning, Greg has focused on elevating the real estate transaction experience while helping his clients achieve their personal dreams and goals. As his career advanced, Greg found his stride in residential real estate selling new construction. Today, he works with both Buyers and Sellers across Idaho and Washington.
