Tom and Madeline Childers bring a complete range of skills and knowledge to their customers as a result of their 30+ years in real estate, mortgage lending, marketing and title insurance.
Tom’s background in handling multi- million dollar transactions streamlines the most complex of luxury sales; although his expertise extends to properties in all price ranges. He was previously the owner and managing broker of Childers Real Estate Services, LLC. for 12 years. This experience at the helm of his own company gives Tom an elevated level of real estate expertise, a skill he has been building since first earning his license in 1978. Madeline’s extensive knowledge of the title insurance and escrow processes enables her to simplify the complex side of the business, while her marketing expertise positions sellers for success. Madeline’s real estate background also includes working for a home builder, getting a first-hand look at the construction process from the ground up, which allows her to properly advise clients’ interested in the plethora of new construction options on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Tom and Madeline are passionate about the Florida lifestyle and sharing its merits with their customers. Outside of real estate, they enjoy gardening, bible studies and going to the beach.
