About Kathy and St y and Steve Kathy and Steve have been doing real estate in some form or fashion since the late 80's for Kathy and mid 90's for Steve. They've been working together since the early 2000's when Steve and Kathy partnered to open a home inspection company in addition to partnering a brokerage together. Divorce is not a new subject for Kathy and Steve. Both have experienced divorced parents, Kathy and Steve have both been divorced. We've helped one of our children navigate the divorce process as well. We recognize the multiple emotions and challenges that go into a divorce. Steve served 20 years in the US Marine Corp after growing up as an Army "brat" (his words!) Military service has always been important to him. Kathy and Steve met while volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary). For many years their passion was working with the Civil Air Patrol's aviation and cadet programs. This consisted of becoming mission qualified to help find missing aircraft and persons, training their unit members in various unit and mission roles (adults and cadets), disaster relief missions and performing in several roles in local and state leadership. Steve was also a Search Pilot. Five of their six children have also been members of the Civil Air Patrol. One of their sons went on to enjoy a career in the Air Force and he's coming up on his 26th year in the Air Force. Their blended family consist of 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. They spend their time either with their family, their two jack Russell Terriers, or friends.
