About Chris Warhurst Chris Warhurst was raised in St George, Beaver and Ogden, Utah with 6 siblings. As a child, Chris always had aspirations of solving problems and helping people as a Counselor. Never in a million years did she think she’d end up in the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life Chris was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it, and you determine what you do and what you accomplish. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. She even helped raise the 4 million dollars in 1988-1989 to build the original shelter that was located at 210 S Rio Grande, Salt Lake City, Utah. As the years went by, Chris worked and Studied going from a Waitress to Dean of Placement at a Junior College. Never did she waver in her resolve to help others and become the best version of herself with each career move. Chris got into the real estate industry when one of the employers she placed graduates with offered her a flexible position. He promised it would be rewarding to help people get Mortgages and educate them in the process. She did just that, she taught people how to pay off their Mortgage sooner and invest. She helped others and she bought and sold Real Estate and found great joy. In 2014 she decided to get her license so she could help people buy and sell. As her career advanced, Chris found her stride working by referral and helping both Investors, First Time Home Buyers and Retired People find their Dream Homes. She’s an expert in High End Luxury Homes, Second Homes, and even Starter Homes.
