About Patricia When she is not busy landing deals for her clients, you can find Patty doing volunteer work or learning something new, this is how Patricia unwinds after a long week working hard for her clients — and that’s not just a cop-out Patty has dedicated her career to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Patricia was raised in Puerto Vallarta Mexico with 8 siblings. She was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did, she worked hard. (But that’s not to say she didn’t have fun along the way). Patricia was very new into the real estate industry 20 years ago when a friend from California was looking for guidance in buying several properties to rent, not only did she get her broker's license within one year she owned her own property management company. As her career advanced Patricia found her stride working with investors, new buyers, sellers, veterans and international buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay area. Patricia is Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish and hold several designations. She specialized in waterfront properties, new construction, condos, duplexes and investment properties.
