Sy is the best communicator and kept me in the loop at all times. She ALWAYS had the answer to any situations who’s popped up… even to bail out of a deal when she saw a major issue. Sy Wigginton was the real estate agent for the sale of my house. From the start, I was very impressed. Instead of immediately putting the house on the market after she got the listing, she took the time to evaluate the local market to determine what the asking price should be, to select a target audience to go after, to develop a plan to go after them, and to consult with me on preparations needed.
