for more than the asking price. Then I moved out of the country. Through no fault of her own, there were almost daily issues with the house, many of them major, that had to get resolved. Because I was not around, Sy handled them herself, hiring a contractor, an electrician, a roofer and more. Even though she does not live nearby, she was there often and took on much more responsibility than the typical agent. Her only goal was to ensure that my house was sold. I highly recommend her and would hire her again if I were selling a house.
