About The Author Dawn was raised in Joppatowne, Maryland with 3 siblings. As a child, Dawn had aspirations of being a Vetrenarian. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Dawn was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Dawn worked her way from babysitting to a Graphic Artist, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Dawn got into the real estate industry 20 years ago when she decided she wanted to make a real difference in people's lives, while giving the most she could to her family. She has always been a hands on Mom and that was non-negotiable. She set out to have a flexible enough career to stay active at her children's school, while still giving first class service to her clients.. As her career advanced, Dawn found her stride working with Sellers, First Time Home Buyers and Veterans. She’s an expert in working with sellers, Veterans, families, relocation buyers, first time home buyers, move up and move down buyers.
