I wrote this book to provide excellent coaching and advise for real estate professional. Moreover, it's important to reiterate the importance of choosing a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator (Loan Officer) and Lender. When a REALTOR® or Real Estate Agent make a recommendation for a Mortgage Broker to their client(s), they assume the risk to their credibility and reputation if the transaction is handled poorly. I’d like you to know you can count on us as honest, reliable, aggressive, and informed Mortgage Loan Broker and Loan Originators. Here are some of the other things that I do as part of my proven process to close loans on time with minimal problems.

INFORM THE BUYER TO AVOID COMMON MISTAKES

In my thirty plus years in the real estate and mortgage lending business and a career as a REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator, I've have seen a fair number of mistakes made when buying a home. Let me give you an example. I met with a buyer who found a beautiful house; he referred to it as his “dream home.” He made an offer, had the home appraised, and started the process of looking into a mortgage for the house. When I met with the buyer and informed him: “You are pre- approved for this loan", and provided him with a pre-approval letter. 101
