For sellers who have done a few transactions in their lives, it is overwhelming to know how to anticipate and coordinate every step necessary to prepare a home to show, list, market, and sell. Real Estate attorneys know the paperwork really well, but not the buying and selling process. An experienced real estate professional who does all of this on a day-to-day basis is knowledgeable in all phases and stages of the real estate transaction can make the process much easier. You do not need real estate expertise if you engage a professional who already has it, and has legal duty to represent you and take care of all the myriads of details on your behalf. No matter how long you have lived in your home, a real estate professional in the local area will know considerably more about the sale price history and market trends than you do.
