If you have a full time job, you will miss most showings because most buyers look during working hours. • Letting buyers see your home in your absence — Buyers prefer to view homes without the seller present to listen to their critiques. Any questions should be fielded by your agent. Another good reason to use an agent! • Weeding out non-qualified buyers — Real Estate agents strive to only work with qualified buyers.
