Beautiful engaging, photos of homes, inside and out make the best first impressions. Online marketing through photographs is one of the most important ways to market your home. Even the number of photographs matter, because sometimes buyer prioritize the homes with the most photographs when they are searching. Professional real estate photography is one of the greatest tools for showing off the best features of your home. Bright and colorful shots of welcoming spaces encourage buyers to imagine themselves comfortable and living happily in your home. By focusing on the unique aspects of your home — like large rooms with great views or amazing architectural features — you can generate genuine interest. Very few homeowners and even agents have the proper equipment, software and knowledge to produce the best home photos. For instance, when you see real estate photographs that are done in portrait format as opposed to landscape-those are very poor photos indeed. Interestingly enough, when the market was at its hottest, I was able to get my buyers good deals on homes that had amateurs' photos, because I knew we would have less competition from other buyers because of the crooked, dark, vertical orientation of the photos that made the house look its worst, rather than its best!
