Foreword It's been almost 10 years since Terri and I purchased the long established brokerage Sterling Realty here in SW Florida. The brokerage is now 30 years old. This last 10 years, with all of the changes in consumer behaviour, technology and throw in a pandemic, have been both challenging and rewarding. Converting Sterling to the team concept it is today, was the best thing we could ever have done...no one can properly handle the dozens of hats that realtors need to wear, on their own, do a great job for their clients AND still have a life! Our team extends to financing and legal experts, marketers, inspectors and service contractors all in one place. I think one of the key differences with Sterling is that we are all full time dedicated Realtors...we don't dabble! I am sure that you've heard other brokerages or Realtors go on and on about their "high integrity, trustworthiness, hard working," or whatever...we believe that these are simply table stakes...you can't run a successful company without all of these.
SO WHAT SETS UP APART?
It comes down to several key things:
1. Is the lengths that we can and will go to make transactions less stressful and when selling, put more money in your pocket! 2.
