About Venky Basam Venky Basam lives in Peoria IL since 2006. As a child, Venky had aspirations of being in Engineering and later into Real Estate business. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Venky was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Venky started investing in Real Estate and worked his way from Investing in realestate to getting a Broker license in State of Illinois, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Venky got into the real estate industry since 2003 by investing in Real Estate and fell in love with Real Estate. In 2016 got Real Estate Broker License in State of Illinois and worked with Keller Williams Premier Realty in Peoria IL and helped over 200 families by either finding their dream home or sell their current home. He set out to a goal to help 50 families in selling their real estate and finding their dream homes and exceeded his goal in 2022 with over 62 families served. As his career advanced, Venky found his stride working with Single Family, Townhouses and Multi Family homes. He’s an expert in Listing and selling for top dollars for their home and also expert in finding the dream homes for the first time home buyers.
