I have built, brokered and owned my own estates and barns. Some of the larger equine facilities were over 20,000 square feet under roof. Several had as many as 20 horse stalls.
Above I built a large horse barn for a wonderful family who live on a 500 acre waterfront ranch, right on the Chesapeake Bay in Easton, MD. It was a 10,000 SF barn that was used for her brood mares and new foals every year in February.
