About Cheryl Cheryl was born and raised in Massachusetts, where she studied business at Northeastern University, graduating from The University of Massachusetts. Prior to relocating to the Philadelphia area she was a small business owner. Her first business was a retail store that she co- owned and operated for more than 18 years, during that time she also became involved in real estate investment, more specifically, flipping houses. Several years later she became licensed and began selling real estate in Lexington, MA. Later expanding to Andover, MA and the Merrimack Valley where she was soon awarded the Gratitude Award, which honored her outstanding courage, strength, faith and inspirational example. During that time she began working in the property management business and soon owned and operated her own business for 4 years in that field. During that time she became certified as a luxury home marketing specialist (CLHMS) after attending training at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in Dallas, Texas. Cheryl is currently on the Art Herling Team, which was recently named the #1 team in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties and the #18 team nationally. She resides in Wyncote, MA, is proud mother of 4 adult children and enjoys horseback riding, singing and bike riding during her free time.
