HOST AN OPEN HOUSE
It is recommended to have an open house, for buyers within the first 30 days after the home is put on the market. If the home is priced correctly, an open house is not needed. If you are not receiving showings and or offers...the price must be reduced before the open house. Your best option is to discuss online marketing with a real estate agent who would like to list your home. You want to assure yourself that the agent has modern social media plans and outlets. You want to maximize your exposure, as well as generate interest from your target market.
