It should be noted that sellers still have the option to pay or allow the compensation to be incorporated in to the sale of their home. Some buyer’s agents are steering buyers away from a property for which they will not be compensated. By allowing or incorporating commissions in to the sale of your home increases the visibility of the property to more buyers.
