Conclusion
Thank you for taking the time to read this book. I hope by now you have a better understanding of the home purchasing process. Most people have an idea of the various steps necessary to go thru the process of purchasing a home. People only purchase homes a few times in their lifetime, NAR (National Association of Realtors) estimates that the average expected length of a person staying in a home is now 11.4 years. When you go to upgrade, downgrade, move to a different neighborhood or city, or have to move because any life events, all of the paperwork requirements and processes are very different of what it was on your last transaction. Real estate agents do that in a daily basis and are updated on all of the latest requirements to successfully complete a transaction without any problems. As well as, nowadays, be updated on all of the latest technology used on the process of searching for a home, how to process all of the paperwork involved in a home purchase transaction and have the right tools and training to glide to a closing. The process of purchasing a home can be stressfull, but if you select and hire a great agent to help you, he/she can make the process much faster and easier, even enjoyable.
