and Jackson Springs. She also helps military families relocate to the Fayetteville area. Throughout her career in real estate, Liz has earned numerous accolades, including: • Achieving Certified Real Estate Negotiator credentials (CREN) • Taking Broker-in-Charge training and becoming a BIC • Opening her firm that specializes in residential and equestrian properties Liz still lives in Southern Pines with her husband Kevin, cats Luna, Baci, Leo, and horses Marty and Jingle. When she's not showing clients property, you'll likely find her at the barn with her horses or out on the trails in the beautiful Walthour-Moss Foundation, working on her (admittedly terrible) golf game or visiting her brother Wayne's farm in Vass. ( She convinced him to move from Oregon to be closer to her family.) Liz aims to provide her clients with the highest level of service and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
