About Bryan Dais Please allow me to introduce myself. I have lived in the Denver metro area for most of my life. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Colorado for over 25 years. After building homes for almost 10 years, I began my career in Real Estate as a licensed on site sales person for a local Home Builder. In October 1997 I made the move into general Residential Real Estate, and have been loving it ever since. My team and I specialize in assisting homeowners in the sale/ purchase of their home. We employ a Professional approach and all of the latest technology in Marketing and managing transactions through the successful Closed transaction. Over the years I have acquired top notch Negotiation and Facilitation skills, earning the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. Along with the Standard Real Estate business, since 2004 we have helped troubled home owners in Colorado avoid foreclosure, with over 250 successfully negotiated and closed short sale transactions. These difficult transactions allowed me to hone my negotiation skills and our team to learn even greater skills in providing a stress free transaction under the most distressed circumstances for many of our clients.
