Marguerite Apostolas Marguerite was raised in San Diego. As a child, Marguerite had aspirations of being an Artist. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Marguerite was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Marguerite worked her way from Bank Teller to Real Estate Broker, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Marguerite is a broker associate with eXp Realty and a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Marguerite is a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a graduate of San Diego State University and holds a graduate certificate in Paralegal Studies for Real Estate and Environmental Law from the University of San Diego. As a native of San Diego, and a Realtor since 2003, Marguerite is familiar with San Diego County’s many neighborhoods and communities. She and her team work with sellers, buyers and investors, helping them buy and sell properties throughout San Diego and Southern California Counties.
