A lender who works aggressively — like I do — gets the job done even on a difficult loan program. The loan officer you recommend or work with needs to be the ultimate expert and professional . He or she must know all the players, the steps, the rules, and the terms of a wide variety of loan programs. That loan officer has to work aggressively and proactively — constantly — to get the job done. The loan needs to get approved and needs to close on time. That’s what we all want, after all: to hear those beautiful words, “ This loan is going to close on time. ”
