About Diane Phillips How I got started in real estate. I personally bought and sold 3 homes as a home buyer and working on projects was just such wonderful accomplishment. This made me realize that I wanted to help other buyers and sellers in their on sale or purchase of a home. The experience was a good experience each time. I realized I wanted to become a Realtor. I started my career in real estate in Cincinnati, OH 2007 with the crash of 2007 until presently here in Southern California. I moved to California in 2019 and started working At UCI Medical Center but my passion is in Real Estate, so while I stepped away to get established in California I’m ready to start helping buyers and sellers navigate this California market. I strive to be not just an agent who sells a home to a buyer or for a seller. But your Real Estate advisor who will guide you through this journey. Helping you from the start of buying/listing to the closing table, if you need help identifying your lender or broker, inspection, and appraisal. Working hand in hand as your team. Realizing that rather you are buying or selling a home it may be the largest purchase of your lifetime. So, it is important to get this right. Over my years I have listed and sold over $52M in real estate. I have worked with the good, bad and ugly.
