CHOOSING THE RI G THE RIGHT LIS GHT LISTING AGENT — Quantity vs. Quality —

To help sellers understand the difference between the quantity and quality of agent listings, it's important to recognize how these factors can impact the level of service provided. When an agent manages a High Volume of Listings simultaneously, they can generate the following: • Less personalized attention: When agents manage too many listings, they may have limited time to focus intensively on each listing, which could compromise the quality of service. This can increase the risk of expired listings, something most sellers want to avoid due to the Stigma and Challenges owners face when relisting their properties. • Standardized Marketing: Some high-volume agents rely on a generalized approach to marketing, often limited to photography only. This approach may lack the customization and creativity needed to showcase the unique features of individual properties effectively. • Communication Delays: If the agent has a high workload, responses or updates might be delayed, which could impact the seller's experience and decision-making speed. An agent who focuses on Quantity is driven by volume — more listings, more transactions, more clients at the same time. While this may benefit the Agent’s Income, it does not benefit the homeowner.
