It’s understandable that saving on fees is probably important to you, so if you’re thinking about selling your home on your own, it’s recommended that you thoroughly research the process. If you decide to do so, be prepared to stay close to home for days, weeks, or even months to show your home. You'll also need to be available during regular business hours, when most showings take place. Also have at least a Safety Plan (text or call me to request a free copy) to protect your family and yourself from strangers visiting your home and a Marketing Strategy to help increase your chances of selling your home, as legal documentation and negotiation skills take years to master.
