About Eileen Haskins Eileen was raised in the Northeast with seven siblings. As a child, Eileen had aspirations of being a school teacher and a counselor. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. After several years in teaching and counseling, Eileen decided to leverage her teaching credentials. She became a sales rep for a major Technical Textbook Publisher, Delmar Publishers, a subsidiary of International Thomson. Before long, she was the # 1 salesperson. In addition, her company created a new position, SalesTrainer. Eileen was the first sales trainer for the company, and those in her charge came in right behind her in sales volume. She later became National Sales Manager for Milady Publishing, another subsidiary of International Thomson, both of Thomson Reuters. It was here that Eileen realized that she loved outside sales. Eileen bought her first condo as a young woman and relished the pride and contentment of homeownership. She went on to buy and sell several more homes. She so enjoyed the process that she became a Realtor. Once she landed her dream job of being a Realtor, she never looked back. I once heard her say that there is nothing better than the joy of helping a family achieve their dream of a new home, or helping someone sell their home for greener pastures because they got a promotion. There are so many stories and so many happy endings. Perhaps the most remarkable skill Eileen possesses is her ability to listen. Listening to her clients' needs, their personal situation, their reasons for selling their home, their timeline for their move, and their needs from their agent. She genuinely loves learning about her clients' stories and amazingly finds unique
