About Nathan Fine As a third generation Real Estate Agent, Nathan Fine is well aware of the amount of dedication it requires to be a successful agent. Originally raised in Cleveland, Ohio with his three sisters, he moved to Lake County, California at the age of 16 to live with his mother, Angela Acord. Angela Acord has been practicing real estate since 1989, and doing business in Lake County, California since 2005. He wanted to follow in his mother's and grandfather's footsteps and be a successful agent known for compassion, quick-wittedness and telling it like it is. He started school at Kelseyville High School, and then graduated from Intermountain High School yet still participated in Kelseyville’s Football and Wrestling Teams. Nicknamed “Ohio”, Nathan spent much of his professional career there as well as in Humboldt and Mendocino counties. Nathan got into the real estate industry in 2017 at 23 years old. He worked as an administrative assistant for Timothy Toye Associates in Cobb, California as well as attending continuing education from top performing agents in and out of the area, such as Tom Ferry and Phil Smoley, CPS in Lakeport, California. As his career advanced, he decided to take a break and wanted to move out of Clearlake, California. He figured he might need some more financial support and grey hair to be successful. After three years of working around Humboldt and Mendocino Counties and saving money, he decided he was finally ready!
