So why would agents still do open houses?
For lead generation. It’s a great way to meet buyers that are in the market looking for a home. For builders to showcase their model homes to secure pre-sold homes with buyers custom finishes. It’s a lot of work to prepare your home and then disappear for a couple hours. I may ask you to do this once to see firsthand a buyer’s perception of the property.
