As an out of town seller, I randomly picked a realtor and could not have been luckier. She dealt with this entire situation with professionalism, expertise, empathy, kindness and dedication. She is very hard working and meticulous. Above and beyond what one would expect. It was an inexpensive condo with numerous problems, one that would not be a high commission sale. But she took on the project and managed the complexity as if it were a million dollar listing. Lori is a perfect example of everything a realtor should be. From our first conversation until well after the property closed Lori was always easy to reach. It never took her more than a few minutes to return my phone calls, text or emails. The sale was a cash sale and somehow she pulled it all together so that it closed within the ten day time frame that the buyers requested. Lori is a shining star and the world needs more people like her. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for managing, what could have been a very stressful transaction. It ended up being the least stressful real estate transactions I’ve ever had.
