About Frank Filippone Sr ank Filippone Sr. Excellence in service to others comes naturally to REALTOR® Frank Filippone Sr., as it has been the cornerstone of his working life. While yet a teen, Frank joined the U.S. Navy and began working his way up. He began as the lowest-ranked sailor and retired after 30 years as one of the most respected officers in the service – a Chief Warrant Officer 4. During those years, in addition to subjects related to seamanship and navigation, he studied and attained skills in leadership and management. And he became a leader. When it came time to retire from the Navy, he was not ready to give up serving others. He chose a career in real estate as a good way to continue serving his fellow Americans and has been providing excellence in real estate service ever since. Frank holds broker’s licenses in Virginia and North Carolina and primarily serves clients in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Southeastern North Carolina, including the Outer Banks. Thanks to continued study, Frank has earned numerous Realtor designations and is well-versed in the many kinds of mortgages available to his clients. He’s served on and chaired various professional boards and committees and has received a wide assortment of awards. However, for him, the most critical “awards” he receives come from the joy and the feeling of accomplishment he gains from helping buyers and sellers attain their real estate goals.
