Initially, his aim was to gain expertise in the mortgage business. However, he quickly realized that his personality and unique skill set were far better suited to assisting individuals in their pursuit of buying and selling homes. As his career advanced, Bret discovered his niche in working with luxury property sellers and move-up buyers. His mastery of target marketing and offer negotiation set him apart, ensuring exceptional results for his clients. Over the years, Bret has garnered numerous accolades, including the distinguished Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Certification and the International President's Circle sales award on multiple occasions. These accomplishments serve as a testament to his exceptional expertise within the real estate industry. Bret lives in Santa Rosa, CA with his wife Robin.
