About Ron Sadaka Ron Sadaka is a Native Miamian and has been a prominent facilitator in the South Florida Real Estate and Finance Markets for over 30 years, helping people make sense of and get the most value out of their real estate transactions. Ron attended Coral Gables Sr. High, Miami-Dade College, FIU and the U of Miami. He began his career developing software applications for a major real estate developer while on break from college. There, he discovered a fascination for the real estate industry, as well as a talent and skill for understanding, and illustrating how the numbers work. Having grown up in Coral Gables, Ron was inspired by the parents and grandparents of his friends – some of Miami’s foremost pioneers and community leaders – who shared their memories of an early Miami, and developed his appreciation for the local history, and his vision for the city's future. He’s become a strong advocate for responsible development, exploring ways to maximize investor returns by curating appropriate tenants and repositioning existing properties, alongside a commitment to common-sense growth and historic preservation in South Florida's heritage communities. In recent years, The Bessemer Trust Company, Colonial Properties, Equity Realty Trust, Cole REIT, and many others have worked with Ron to close over $1 billion in property sales, acquisitions, and merchant banking transactions across the USA. Ron’s client relationships range in size from small to mid- size public and private investors to Fortune 500
