Foreword When Ron reached out to us to write an introduction to his book, we couldn’t say yes faster. Ron Sadaka was not the first Realtor we talked to, but he was certainly the last. About one year ago, my wife and I decided to pursue our dream of moving to South Florida. We purchased a few acres of land back in 1992 and felt now was the time to make our move. We began to call agents from their on-line listings as we pondered the idea of selling our acreage and buying something already built. The real estate agents we spoke to understood our situation, and we told them upfront that we would not be doing anything for at least 6 months. The real estate agents would mail us the info we requested, but that was the last we heard from them, at least until we connected with Ron Sadaka. I could tell Ron was a serious professional and go-getter from our telephone conversations. Then, he did the unthinkable. After emailing information to us, he followed up immediately with a phone call. I must say, we were really impressed with Ron, not only for his phone calls, but because he never rushed us, and seemed to understand that it would be some time before we actually purchased something. As time went on, he always stayed in touch and freely offered his services. About 3 months later, we decided it was time to meet Ron and look at some properties. He gladly lined up several
