About Karshema Foster Karshema was raised in Griffin, GA. As a child, Karshema had aspirations of being a Teacher. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Karshema was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Karshema, as an High School Student, worked her way from restaurants, retail, and warehouse jobs to an Business Owner: Licensed Family Child Care Provider. Karshema, also became a Therapeutic Foster Parent, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. To further her education Karshema, obtain an Associate Degree in Early Childhood and Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Ashford University. Karshema got into the real estate industry in 2020, due to lost of income at the start of Covid Pandemic and a dispute over lease terms with a Property Manager. She set out to learn more about Georgia Real Estate Law and to attend Real Estate School to obtain a Real Estate License. As her career advanced, Karshema, found her stride working with First Time Home Buyers and Sellers. She’s an expert in Short Sale and Foreclosures, Pricing Strategies: Mastering The CMA, and Writing Contracts. Karshema has currently completed the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation Course, as well as Seller Representative Specialist Course.
