How about something like this?

"As your hand embraces the gorgeous brass doorknob and you open the entry door, it is almost impossible to not fall in love at first sight. The beautiful staircase and enticing views invite you into your new home." Make sure you took my advice and made sure the front door hardware is awesome! It is important for the written description to also include location pluses that you are trying to feature like school district, proximity to desired destinations and parks and recreation.

TO "YOUTUBE" TOUR OR NOT TO "YOU TUBE" TOUR

The idea of a virtual tour of your home had some popularity prior to COVID, but the lockdown made them a necessity. Now it seems to be the craze. As an Architect, I am highly against them as a replacement for showings, unless required for the pandemic or out of town buyers that cannot actually tour the home. Here is the problem. NO VIRTUAL VIDEO, NO MATTER HOW FANCY, IS A SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCING SPACE! I am an Architect and can view a virtual tour with the highest level of understanding of the space of almost anyone. I would say that I get about 85% of understanding the home's design and very much less about the ambience of the home. If my highly trained brain can only "experience" that much, are you not risking that the average person can only "experience" far 77
