less and miss the entire ambience of your home? I say absolutely YES! They cannot "feel" the quality of the home, smell the fresh flowers or stop and chat about how they will live there. Do NOT believe that you will sell your home based solely on a virtual tour. The biggest investment of a person's life is best touched and felt and experienced. You are much more likely to get an offer from an actual showing than a virtual tour.
