About Me Alice was raised in Houston with 7 siblings. As a child, Alice had aspirations of being a Hairstylist. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Alice was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Alice worked her way from Hairstylist to Salon Owner, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Alice got into the real estate industry 25 years ago when I wanted a change in my career, but remain my own boss. Also, due to fact that I am a people person, I wanted to be an integral part of helping people during major milestones in their lives. She set out in Real Estate to become sought after as an expert in this industry. To build a Brokerage Firm with a team of exceptional agents to help more individuals in the process of home buying and selling. As her career advanced, Alice found her stride working with Buyers and Sellers closing deals with new homes and resales in the Houston/Metroplex area. She’s an expert in communication, listening, collaborating, relationships, negotiating, and getting the best results for her clients.
