About Lisa J Turner Lisa J Pappas Turner was born in Galveston, Texas and has one sister, Carlene. When Lisa was a small girl, the family moved to Garland, Texas. At the young age of fourteen, Lisa’s father passed away. Eventually her mother re-married giving Lisa a wonderful new family, including three new brothers and their dad. She went on to graduate from North Garland High School. In her daily travels, she often passed a Garland Real Estate office. Driving by that office, Lisa would dream about actually working in Real Estate, even though at that point, she didn't realize what that entailed. Never in a million years did she dream she’d actually discover her destiny in the Real Estate industry, but as the years went by, that is exactly what happened. Lisa learned at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it, so that’s what she did—and she has worked hard. In her early teens, she went to work at the local Dairy Queen, while simultaneously working at a baseball field snack bar, as well as baby sitting. In her career, she has held various office jobs which led to management opportunities. Subsequently, she became a successful small ‑ business owner. She never wavered in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career advancement. By 2014, Lisa was already working in Land Development and Real Estate Investments. It became perfectly clear to others, and eventually to Lisa, that the Real Estate Industry would be a perfect fit for her. Therefore, in 2015, she obtained her Real Estate License. Throughout her career, Lisa has earned numerous accolades including:
