Joe Folsom took the time to really help us
We thought we wanted to build a home and we talked with Joe about arranging that. He connected us with an Architect who did some preliminary design so we could finalize a budget to see if we could get what we wanted under our stated budget. We couldn't. We wanted more house than we wanted to spend. Joe showed us several existing homes but we wanted a home with a greater finish level than was available at the t ime. Then Joe came up with a brilliant idea. He showed us a large home in the perfect setting (just like we wanted) but the home was not finished. Most of the windows and doors were in but the house was abandoned during construction. We were able to purchase the unfinished home and finish the home exactly like we wanted for well under our budget. Wow! Talk about service. Joe Folsom and the Modern Rustic Living Team came through for us like a champ.
Joe had a tough job, but he did it!
